Angeliki Ksona joined National Bank of Greece in 2007 and has held various roles in Retail Banking. She has extensive knowledge of the branch network and digital banking channels and is experienced in implementing strategic decisions regarding financial products and services. Currently she is the head of Self Service Banking, driving NBG’s self-service banking strategy, leading key transformational projects and ensuring excellent customer service.

Prior to this position, she was an affluent banking specialist, responsible for the design and development of deposit and investment products and services as well as the MiFID I and II implementation in the Bank. Additionally she has served as a digital banking product owner, responsible for the development of deposit and investment products in NBG’s internet and mobile banking platforms.

Angeliki holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and an M.Sc. in Human Resources Management.
