Emma has over 20 years’ experience across Financial Services and other industries starting her career as a corporate lawyer specialising in Equity Capital Markets and Public M&A, before moving to a number of in-house roles including, Head of Legal for the Middle East for Coutts and Deputy General Counsel, HSBC UK. Having moved into the HSBC UK business, Emma has held a number of commercial roles including Head of Wealth Solutions, accountable for the Retail Wealth Products and Platforms, and most recently Head of Access to Banking and Cash with accountability for all retail cash journeys as well as banking services outside the branch network.
