Laszlo has 25 years of experience in the banking sector, holding various roles; he currently oversees digital banking developments for private customers and small enterprises, as well as the contact center at Erste Bank Hungary, which serves over 1 million customers nationwide. Among his achievements, Laszlo successfully implemented the bank’s new mobile and internet banking platform „George” and rolled out an internally developed digital advisory application across the branch network.
