Norbert Kováts has been working for K&H Bank for 17 years, 10 years in the area of retail transformation.

Mr. Kováts leads the Retail Transformation and Support directorate where he is responsible for the transformation of the physical channels. In the last 10 years, they have introduced the biggest tellerless branch network in Hungary, transforming their operational branches into a real sales point, and started to manage the branch network and Call-center as one using the same infrastructure.
