Subhasis Mukherjee is a seasoned leader with over 30 years’ experience in technology across various industries, including insurance, investments, banking, manufacturing, and education. He was previously the market offering leader for Deloitte’s Converge platform for insurance (Insurance Growth Suite). Under his leadership, Deloitte launched a new business of a cloud-based insurance platform. As the former Chief Information Officer at Pekin Insurance, Subhasis garnered an indelible reputation for crafting and delivering strategic technology programs to transform business. He led large-scale strategic transformation programs to deliver critical business outcomes that improved profitability of personal auto LOB by 10%, enabled a new BOP product launch across multiple states, and launched a new Workers’ Compensation entity in less than 90 days.

As a transformation leader, Subhasis is a catalyst for creating and executing strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with other CXOs. At Zurich North America, he crafted the technology transformation strategy for claims to deliver improvements in speed of claims processing, accuracy of payment, and reduction of claims leakage. Additionally, he was instrumental in executing an underwriting service center strategy for midmarket and core modernization for the underwriting workbench and policy administration.

Subhasis holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Computer Applications from Jadavpur University in India. He is on the Board of Directors at the Easterseals of Central Illinois, a nonprofit organization helping children with developmental delays, disabilities, and other special needs to reach their full potential.
