In recent years, Jackie has made her mark in the insurtech sector, serving as Chief Insurance Officer for high-growth startups Bestow and Modern Life. Her achievements include launching an insurance company from the ground up and architecting a cloud-native, direct-to-consumer platform and SaaS administrative system while transforming agency operations for sustainable growth.

Jackie holds a master's in finance and a bachelor's in humanities from Southern Methodist University.
