Lydia DiClemente is Head of the Field Advisor Development Program for Merrill Wealth Management. She oversees the hiring, licensing, development, and management of trainees as they advance on a defined path to becoming an experienced advisor within Merrill.

Before joining Bank of America in 2011, Lydia spent 10 years at Citibank where she held various roles ranging from strategy, project management and leading advisors across the Northeast. Lydia began her career as a Financial Advisor over 20 years ago and has been passionate about the wealth and financial services ever since.
