Richard is Director at RBR Data Services, specializing in consulting and data-based services in the payments and banking spaces. He has more than 15 years’ experience working with financial institutions and industry participants in data-driven research and consulting projects, with a focus on market sizing and benchmarking.

Richard previously worked at Boston Consulting Group and at McKinsey-Finalta, working with financial institutions across Europe and North America on performance benchmarking engagements, specializing in channel banking, customer experience, digital banking, cards and payments, revenue, and cost. Richard holds an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University.
