He specializes in modernization, excelling in all types of cards and payments, including real-time transactions and interbank settlements. Dean has worked globally with various industry stakeholders to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance customer excellence. Before joining ACI, he held several leadership roles in product and solution management at TSYS, VocaLink, and IBM.
