Jeff is currently employed at USAA as AVP, Bank Fraud Prevention where he focuses on preventative capabilities for fraud technology, authentication, prevention policy, and cyber-fraud engagement. JD brings a unique 20 year fraud and security background to USAA, serving in financial crime related functions in the United States Secret Service, Citibank, Bank of Montreal, and TikTok. JD most recently served as Head of Fraud for Ally with leadership oversight of operations, analytics, governance, and fraud policy. JD resides in Kennebunkport, Maine with his wife and two children.
