Frank was instrumental in the successful ThreatMetrix $830M all cash acquisition by RELX/LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Prior to Arkose Labs, he was the CFO for Mitek Systems (NASDAQ: MITK). Frank started his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and for the past 12 years, he has served as an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University in the MBA program, imparting real-world wisdom to right-now issues and helping develop the next generation of business leaders.
