Meet Jeremy Hodges, a results-driven technology and software engineering leader with over 24 years of experience building high-performance teams and developing individuals. Throughout his career, Jeremy has worked with a wide range of companies, from startups to Fortune 500 businesses, helping them to achieve their goals by providing technical leadership, innovative solutions, and driving operational excellence.
Jeremy's journey began in the late '90s as a classic-ASP web developer, building e-commerce, CRM, and process management systems for small to midsize businesses. He went on to work for a Microsoft Gold Certified web hosting provider, ORCS Web, where he hosted many of Microsoft's technical sites. Jeremy then founded his own company, which provided digital media production services to Fortune 500 companies. He has since held several leadership roles at financial service providers, including Ally Financial, where he built a DevOps Engineering team, introduced Site Reliability Engineering practices, and revitalized the bank's digital data collection stack. In early 2022, Jeremy joined Live Oak Bank as their Chief Technology Officer.
