David Myroup is Executive Director of Enterprise Fraud Operations and Senior Vice President at First Citizens Bank. A financial services executive with more than 27 years of experience, he leads the bank's enterprise fraud risk management program, overseeing card and non-card fraud strategy, investigations, operations, and analytics across domestic and international teams.

David has successfully led fraud organizations through significant transformation, including the integration of fraud operations resulting from First Citizens' acquisitions of CIT Group and Silicon Valley Bank. Recognized for his ability to lead through complex organizational change, he has driven the alignment of people, processes, technology, and risk strategies to create scalable, customer-focused fraud prevention capabilities that support enterprise growth and resilience.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
