Tom Mangine is an Adjunct Professor at the Joint Special Operations University where he teaches classes on Cybersecurity, Financial Investigations and Strategy. Previously, He spent nine years at BMO, where he served as Chief of Special Investigations; MLRO Designate for the US and Director of Cyber Resilience. Tom entered the financial industry after twenty years with the US Army.
