As part of Citibank’s Global Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention organization, Stacie Purcell serves as the Head of First Party Fraud and Abuse, which includes Bank Acquisitions, New Account Fraud/Money Movement, Deposit Risk, Mule Detection/Prevention and Customer Abuse. Since arriving at Citibank in 2015, she has also managed both Consumer and Commercial Fraud Policy as well as Citi’s Authentication Policy across all channels for the US Branded Cards, Citi Retail Services Cards and the US Retail Bank. Prior to arriving at Citibank, Stacie spent 15 years at First Union/Wachovia/Wells Fargo working in various areas of Fraud Prevention and Loss Management.
