Jeffrey Feinstein, Ph.D. is Global Head of Analytic Strategy at LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Business Services vertical. He leads a global team of Data Scientists and Analytic Consultants in the United States, Brazil, and Europe focusing on risk, fraud, and compliance. In addition to core product support, Jeffrey focuses on thought leadership, emerging fraud trends, Responsible AI, and Financial Inclusion across the globe.

Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2010, Jeffrey spent 14 years at Fair Isaac, now FICO. There, he spent the first half of his career building and eventually leading FICO Score developments, particularly in Canada and the second half leading FICO’s customer-contributed insight consortium. He earned his undergraduate degree at University of Buffalo and his Ph.D. in Behavioral Science and Applied Statistics from Ohio State University.
