Dan Mercurio is a seasoned financial services executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning traditional financial services and fintech. He currently serves as chief operating officer at Tandems, where he oversees day to day company operations and leads a team that partners with financial institutions to scale technology enabled advice and client engagement strategies that drive growth and loyalty.

Dan has held senior revenue and go to market leadership roles in fintech, including as Chief Revenue Officer at SigFig, where he led sales, marketing, and customer success and played a central role in building strategic partnerships with major banks, insurance companies, and wealth management firms. Earlier in his career, Dan held leadership positions in retail banking, including head of consumer and small business banking at Cambridge Savings Bank, as well as regional leadership roles at Santander, Wachovia Bank, and Fleet Bank.
