Steve Dowling is the Head of Insurance GTM, Americas for ServiceNow, where he is focused on shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy and providing industry perspectives to drive strategic growth within the Insurance sector. With responsibility across all lines of business (P&C, L&R, Brokers), he is focused on delivering transformative solutions to our leading Insurance customers.​

Prior to ServiceNow, Steve spent 4 years at Google Cloud leading North America GTM for Insurance. Prior to this, Steve spent 10+ years at KPMG as a Director leading large-scale digital transformations across their premier FSI customers.​

He is focused on bringing thought leadership to customers, partners & colleagues leveraging ServiceNow's AI platform for business transformation.
