Lu Zurawski is a payment systems expert and a strategic advisor within digital trust ecosystems. Lu worked until recently at the UK FCA and previously at the Payment Systems Regulator. But don't hold that against him; he spent most of this payments career in commercial product management roles and in IT consultancy and service delivery.

Based on a curiosity for Behavioural Economics, Lu is known for thought-provoking viewpoints on public policy, consumer adoption trends and regulatory drivers in the Financial Services industry, and has spoken at industry events like Money2020 and SIBOS.

Lu lives in London with his wife and two "boomerang kids" - seemingly a new lab for personal payments, big data and digital trust.
