Qualification Criteria Datos Insights' Retail Bank Transformation is open to qualified attendees only. Qualified attendees are senior-level banking executives and financial industry leaders, including technology providers who are supporting the event, focused on banking and payments technology innovation and user experience enhancements, customer onboarding, and the growing role of fintech companies and what is necessary to meet new customer expectations around money management, payments, and lending. Titles include head of retail banking, chief banking officer, channel strategy officer, digital banking executive, chief credit officer, head of experience design, payment executive, payment transformation officer, product development executive, head of branch distribution, head of self-service, customer experience manager, omnichannel manager.
All participants are subject to Datos Insights' approval.
Payments We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Full Payment must be received 10 days prior to the event or your registration will automatically be cancelled. Registrations with declined or invalid credit cards will not be processed. 20% UK VAT will be added to all ticket purchases for this event.
Substitutions and Cancellations If you cannot attend the event, substitutions can be made at any time for no extra charge. Please advise Datos Insights of any changes. No refunds or letters of credit are available later than the event Cut Off Date (10 Days prior to start date). All cancellations must be made in writing, submitted within 60 days prior to the Cut Off Date of the event, and will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. Alternatively, a Letter of Credit can be issued, which will cause forfeiture of the entire registration fee, but allow one admittance to a future Datos Insights event, to be used within 12 months.
If for any reason the event is cancelled or prevented from being held, Datos will reschedule the event (in-person or virtually) as close to the original dates as possible, and delegate tickets are automatically transferred to the rescheduled event. Datos may refund tickets upon request, dependent on specific circumstances. In no case shall the amount of any refund exceed the price of the ticket actually paid.
Discounts All discount offers are for new registrations only and cannot be applied to the registrations submitted prior to receiving the offer. No refunds on current registrations will be issued.
