Holly has over twenty years of experience in the banking industry. She was instrumental in the development of Extraco’s proprietary retail banking methodology and was responsible for its implementation. Her experience spans all facets of retail banking, customer experience management and both consumer and commercial lending. Currently, Holly is the Managing Director of Financial Institution Consulting for Extraco Consulting.
