Brendan joined Truist in June 2023 and leads a team responsible for ATM and Teller Channel capabilities, distribution, optimization, and integration into the retail and small business branch network and broader client product/services offerings across community and small business bank products. Prior to Truist, he spent 4 years leading self-service strategy and ATM products at Fiserv, with the goal of helping FIs develop strategies to transform their client experiences in both the physical and digital banking space. Prior to Fiserv, Brendan managed ATM and Financial Center solutions at Bank of America. His 17+ years of experience include product management, operations, application and systems management, and project management. Brendan earned a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and MBA from The College of William and Mary. He is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and SAFe® Certified Product Manager.
