Wayne Mincey serves as the CEO and Executive Chairman at Datos Insights. Wayne has over 30 years of experience spanning strategy, finance, business development, and M&A. His experience includes work in North America, Europe, and Asia, and businesses ranging from startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises. He has been successful in turnarounds, as well as growing successful enterprises to the next level through product development and sales-led growth. Wayne is an active board member for several venture and private-equity-backed businesses, including three Pamlico portfolio companies.
Wayne served as Executive Chairman, and previously CEO, of Chicago-based Numerator (formerly Market Track LLC), the leading provider of critical CPG advertising, pricing, and shelf data. During his seven-year tenure through 2017, Wayne led the company’s transformation from a simple ad-tracking business into an omnichannel market intelligence and data analytics software company. The resulting 25% compound annual growth yielded a five-times return for shareholders.
Prior to joining Market Track, Wayne led various technology and data-centric businesses, including The Hackett Group, Spherion Technology Services, Enthusian Corp, and Norrell Information Services. He spent the initial 15 years of his career with leading logistics provider Ryder System Inc., where he held roles including CFO of European Operations, VP of Corporate Planning and Development, and COO of the TRS subsidiary that was successfully spun off in his first private equity transaction.
