Michelle Davis is a champion for ease and simplicity for clients and teammates. She began her banking career over 15 years ago as a teller. After completing the Leadership Development Program, she moved into IT where she led engineering development teams and large-scale technology implementations. In her current role as Consumer Journey Lead she leverages her roots from the branch to advocate for improved consumer banking experiences. Her life’s purpose is simply to help people. She is afforded the opportunity to fulfill that purpose by impacting millions of clients each day through the experiences she helps curate and the teammates she supports. She is an advocate for women and serves as leader in the Women@Truist Business Resource Group.
