Shantala Sadananda is the President of Banking and Financial Services, Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Emerging Markets SBUs at Innova Solutions.

Over the last 27 years, Shantala has led and transformed organizations and their clientele through consulting, technology, and outsourcing—leveraging decades of cross-industry experience. Leapfrogging digital agendas, she has been a champion of innovation and creative disruption; defining sustainable strategies and solutions, and ensuring value-based outcomes for organizations
and their clients. Shantala has discovered a passion for building high performance and high engagement within leadership as well as catalyzing a top-down organizational movement for change.

Shantala shares Innova’s passion for giving back to the community. She loves to share her experiences and knowledge in business by teaching executive management programs and
enabling other women to take on roles in leadership within business and technology firms—encouraging diversity and inclusion. In 2022, she was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Illinois.

Prior to joining Innova, Shantala served in senior executive management and leadership roles at Capgemini, Globant, Hexaware, and Mindcrest. She has a master’s degree in Operational Research & Management, is a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Commerce.
