Deborah leads multiple departments responsible for all aspects of the Centier brand, including retail banking, product design and development, marketing, property management, and client experience. She spearheads new market entry strategies to grow and differentiate the brand amongst competitors. Since joining Centier in 2017, she and senior leadership have grown the bank’s asset size (without acquisitions) from $3.5B to $8.7B.
