Brad Nolan is the head of Branch Systems and Transformation for Wells Fargo Consumer, Small & Business Banking.

He and his team lead the strategy, design, development and execution of all physical aspects of Wells Fargo’s National Branch and ATM Network. This includes product ownership for all devices and software platforms leveraged by branch employees and customers alike, as well as prioritization and execution of changes impacting the branches.

Brad joined Wells Fargo in 2023. He was previously Chief Marketing Officer for Hyosung Innovue, leading both product and marketing, and served as Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Cardtronics, where he had oversight for network management and the design and delivery of new technology solutions for financial institutions and retail brands. Prior to this, Brad spent 20 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., as managing director of Branch/ATM Systems & Innovation, leading retail channel design and innovation. Brad also has senior management experience in various businesses, including global leadership; profit and loss ownership; retail banking strategy and innovation; audit, compliance, and risk; purchasing and procurement; and process improvement and consulting.

Brad is listed as a co-designer on multiple patents on self-service kiosks and user interface design. He is a founding member of The Ohio State University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and was a member of the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) Global Board of Directors from 2018-2020.

Brad is a former CPA and holds dual Bachelor of Science business degrees in Accountancy and Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
