With more than 22 years at Glory, John brings deep experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across the retail banking network. He has worked closely with senior executives to modernize cash automation environments end-to-end, expand staff capacity, and drive measurable improvements in service delivery, risk management, and overall branch performance.

John and wife Kelley live in Philadelphia with one young son.
