Kamran Naqvi is a digital banking executive with more than 20 years of experience leading transformation across credit unions, top-tier banks, and fintechs. He currently serves as SVP, Head of Digital Experience at Technology Credit Union (Tech CU), a $4.5B credit union headquartered in San Jose, CA. At Tech CU, he leads enterprise digital experience and strategy, channel modernization, and the integration of AI across the member experience. Prior to Tech CU, Kamran held senior digital leadership roles at First Republic Bank, Thomson Reuters, and Citi, where he spearheaded large-scale platform modernization, scaled digital channels, and drove product innovation for both high-net-worth and mass-market clients.

Kamran holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo, a BBA from Baruch College, and recently completed UC Berkeley’s executive program in Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications.
