Andrea Z. Scalise is a Senior Vice President and Treasury Services Sales Manager at Atlantic Union Bank. She leads a high-performing sales team responsible for driving revenue growth through treasury, liquidity, and payment solutions for corporate clients across diverse industries throughout the Greater Washington, Baltimore, Virginia, and North Carolina markets. She is well regarded in the industry for her ability to identify and develop talent across all career stages and for implementing disciplined, consistent sales processes.

Andrea has 30+ years of banking and leadership experience, beginning her career at JP Morgan in New York City as a financial analyst. In 1995, she joined First Union in Charlotte, NC, which later became Wachovia and then Wells Fargo. Since 1998, she has built and led large treasury management teams with expertise spanning account analysis billing, marketing and communications, sales, and sales support.

Andrea lives in Waxhaw, NC, and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Siena University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She and her husband are longtime supporters of youth and collegiate athletics, spending many years volunteering and fundraising for their children’s sports programs. Since 2022, Andrea has served on the University of Denver’s Fan Advisory Board, where her daughter was a four-year Division I swimmer.
