Andrea Ruiz Rabadan is the Chief Strategy Officer for Wright-Patt Credit Union (~$9.5B in assets), where she leads the organization's enterprise-wide Strategy, Product, Data & Analytics, Project Management, and Change Management functions. Her objective is to develop and execute strategies that expand financial access, education, and opportunity for all Ohioans.

Prior to joining WPCU, Andrea held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Fifth Third Bank. Her career spans corporate strategy, advanced data analytics, and business transformation. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Analytics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Ashland University.
