She has led complex platform implementations, strategic vendor partnerships, and enterprise-wide initiatives focused on delivering secure, intuitive, and customer-centric digital solutions. Prior to joining Amalgamated Bank, Carol held senior strategy and product leadership roles at JPMorgan and Citigroup, where she advanced digital innovation across multiple banking lines of business.
