He brings over 20 years of technology leadership in the insurance industry, spanning personal, commercial, and specialty lines and has extensive experience across the full insurance value chain-including underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, and digital services. Prior to joining Slide, Gauthaman served as Chief Applications Officer at PURE Insurance. Throughout his career, he has led technology transformations, championed digital innovation, automation, and Al adoption, as well as built high-performing teams.
