George T. Glavas is a distinguished attorney and senior insurance executive with over 24 years of experience spanning the brokerage, carrier, claims, and MGA sectors. Known for his technical precision and sharp negotiation skills, George has built a reputation for driving best-in-class coverage outcomes and developing innovative, technology-enabled insurance solutions.
George is currently the Founder and Principal of LightSpeed MLP, where he pioneered an AI-hybrid MGA. In this role, he designed the underwriting workflows and automation logic necessary to deliver multi-option quotes to brokers within minutes, effectively bridging the gap between traditional insurance expertise and modern operational infrastructure.
