Erin Selfe, CPCU, AIS, is Sr. Vice President of Information Technology (IT). She has over 30 years of IT experience within the insurance, chemicals, and high-tech manufacturing with nearly 20 years in insurance. She brings experience as a management consultant for a large global accounting firm and served in Information Technology as an Officer at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co., Philadelphia Insurance/Tokio Marine, and CIO at American European Insurance Group (AEIG).

Since joining PLM in 2017, Erin modernized PLM’s technology with a new business intelligence platform, a customer service and Net Promoter Score (NPS) system, digital technology for loss control, an underwriting workbench, and built the company’s cyber risk management program. She sits on PLM’s A.M. Best Committee and chairs the Data Governance Committee.

Erin served as the Chair on the Board of Directors for Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (PAMIC), Board of Trustees for PAMIC PAC, Executive Committee for Philadelphia Fireman’s Hall Museum, and a founding member and Board Secretary for the Kennett Community Cooperative Grocer. She is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Insurance Operations Professional (CIOP), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Customer Experience & Analytics Professional (CXAP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (non-practicing), and LOMA FFSI. She is a Member, Datos Insurance IT Research Council and a mentor for its Women’s Network. Erin graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Business Management, Information Systems & Quantitative Analysis.
