Dan Bodnar has served as Skyward Specialty’s Chief Information and Technology Officer since August 2017. Prior to joining Skyward Specialty, he was a Property and Casualty IT Consultant at insureCIO and held technology leadership roles at Argo Insurance Group and HCC Insurance Holdings, building specialty insurance technology teams and platforms.

In 2024, Mr. Bodnar was honored with the Houston CIO ORBIE Award, one of the most prestigious accolades recognizing excellence in technology leadership. In addition during his leadership at Skyward Specialty, the Company has won the Datos Insights award for Insurance Technology Impact Award in 2023 and in 2025 for Best Core Systems Innovations.
