Grace Apea is AVP, Product Marketing & Market Insights at Equisoft, where she leads go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and market intelligence across Equisoft's full product portfolio. She sets the commercial narrative for how Equisoft's insurance and wealth management technology is positioned in market, and translates product capability into buyer-relevant value across carrier, MGA, and advisor channels.

Before moving into product marketing, Grace served as AVP, Product Development, where she was a core member of the leadership team that designed and delivered Equisoft/Amplify's platform modules. That product development background gives her firsthand technical and operational depth in the AI-native insurance platform she now takes to market.

With 20 years of experience in FinTech and InsurTech, Grace has worked across insurance distribution, wealth management, and automotive lending in North America, completing 60+ projects driving operational efficiencies for financial institutions and MGAs. She has defined Equisoft's AI narrative for the life insurance carrier market, with published thought leadership on production-scale AI deployment, governance, and agentic architecture in insurance operations.

An active member of LIMRA/LOMA, NAILBA, CLIEDIS, CAILBA, and FundServ, Grace holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo.
