His leadership and broad experience has resulted in a wide-range of successful investments; replacement of core insurance systems, digitizing the sales channel and infrastructure engineering services. As the current leader, responsible for the Personal, Commercial, Life, Sales & Marketing technology transformation, Tim is focused on enabling ERIE’s product and service strategies, including simplification of our policy administration systems and enabling the agency digital sales experience.
