Chuck is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He earned an MBA from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations from The National Alliance, as well as the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation from IRMI. Before coming to West Bend, Chuck served as loss control manager with General Casualty Insurance/QBE and as loss prevention manager with EBI Companies, both in Madison, Wisconsin. He started his career in private industry as the safety director for a manufacturer of modular homes. Chuck joined West Bend in 2008 and currently leads the Enterprise Loss Control team. Chuck and his team provide safety and health, property, fleet, general liability, and products liability consulting services to West Bend’s commercial policyholders. These services include supervisory training, risk assessments, loss trending, injury prevention, regulatory compliance, and engineering controls to minimize loss.
