Previously, he served as CIO of Westchester (a Chubb company), where he spearheaded initiatives to digitize small business insurance, modernize policy administration, enhance automation, and improve data analytics and distribution. Before Chubb, he was Vice President of Business Applications at Arch Insurance, leading enterprise-wide implementations across underwriting, operations, claims, and reinsurance while also helping establish global shared services.
