This roundtable co-presented by Sureify, will explore how carriers are using AI distribution management. Participants will discuss success stories, challenges, plans to put LLMs into full production in 2024, and other considerations such as the quality and maturity of their data. Limitations, like hallucinations and drift, and solutions, such as grounding models to context windows and fine tuning, will also be discussed.
