This roundtable will explore how carriers are using AI in sales, distribution, claims, underwriting, and customer service as well as in technology supporting functions such as coding and testing. Participants will discuss success stories, challenges, plans to put LLM’s into full production in 2024 and other considerations such as quality and maturity of their data. Limitations such as hallucinations and drift and solutions such as grounding models to context windows and fine tuning will also be discussed.
