Victor B. George, JD, is the Founder and Principal of Ethixera Advisory and a Regulatory Advisor with more than 15 years of experience across banking, fintech, payments, and global compliance. A former Big 4 consultant, he has worked with leading financial institutions and global organizations on AML/CFT, KYB and third-party risk, anti-bribery and corruption, regulatory remediation, and governance. His experience
includes multi-year regulatory consent orders, FCPA and U.K. Bribery Act due diligence, and financial crime compliance programs.

Today, Victor works with U.S. and African fintechs, payment companies, and financial institutions on regulatory strategy, payments compliance, licensing readiness, financial crime controls, and governance. A growing focus of his work is the U.S.–Africa financial corridor, helping companies navigate regulatory requirements, strengthen banking partnerships, and build compliant cross-border payment relationships.

Victor is also a TEDx speaker whose talk, “Closing the Confidence Gap That Keeps Us Stuck,” has reached more than 200,000 views. He trains and writes on how people can better understand economics and financial systems through the regulatory frameworks that shape them. He earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University. Victor resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he enjoys time with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys community engagement, coaching flag football, and genealogy with his family.
