Drawing on work with banks, credit unions, and fintechs, he brings a practical, customer-first perspective on the challenges teams face today—from evolving dispute requirements to day-to-day operational friction—and helps institutions modernize their processes to make resolution faster, clearer, and provide greater financial peace of mind.

Blake lives in Bend, OR with his wife Kim, and they are the parents of three lovely, and wild kids. When not at work, they love to spend time outdoors hiking, running, biking, or doing anything active.
