Lei Chen is a seasoned financial services executive with a strong track record of leading transformational initiatives and building high-performing organizations. She previously served as Managing Director of Fraud Risk Management at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, and held senior risk leadership roles at American Express.
Throughout her career, Lei has developed end-to-end fraud management frameworks and roadmaps and built the infrastructure, capabilities, models, strategies, and processes for innovative financial products including the launch and growth of Apple Card.

Currently, Lei advises financial services and fintech companies on product strategy, growth, and risk management. She also serves on the boards of Mental Health Association in NJ and Purple Swans Corporations, and on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Natural Science at Michigan State University.
