Eralda is the Head of Domestic Payments Product Group of BNY Global Payments and Trade. In her current role, Eralda is responsible for setting the strategy and optimizing all payable and receivable products that deliver value to the NBFI, Bank, Corporate, Government and FinTech client segments of the Bank.

Eralda's group focuses on traditional payables and receivables like Lockbox, Check Disbursements, ACH, multi-rail type of solutions like Bill Pay platforms, Payee Choice platforms, Retirement Payments, B2B rebate-based payments, newer payment types like Real Time Payments, Pay by Bank solutions and risk mitigation services like Account validation. Eralda manages a team of Product Managers that bring to life the vision of serving client needs through scalable, optimized and flexible offerings.

Prior to this role, Eralda spent several years managing a range of payment products, most recently managing BNY's Instant Payments and Disbursements. Her career also includes a tenure at The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a Senior Product Manager for FedNow, as well as serving as BNY's ACH and Account Validations Product Group Lead. Previously, she held several positions with NY based Financial Institutions leading operations teams in the electronic payments space and Treasury Services product.

Eralda has spent all her career in banking, initially in Internal Audit and Credit Risk where she spent 4 years before finding her passion for payments which she has been an active contributor for 17 years now.

Eralda is an active member of the industry participating in various committees facilitated by The ABA, The Clearing House, the U.S. Faster Payments Council, The Federal Reserve and Nacha.

Eralda is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited Faster Payments Professional (AFPP) and an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP). She holds a Master of Science in Finance from University of Pisa, Italy, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, from University of Tirana, Albania.
