Paresh leads TIAA’s advice experience strategy, including the development of our advice experience and capability roadmaps. He will design and execute a compelling advice experience strategy for institutional and individual clients across lifecycles; partner closely with experience design, Marketing & Communications, Wealth Management, and the Retirement team to ensure the advice experience strategy is applied consistently across the enterprise for clients; and implement new financial wellness solutions that complement our core advice offer enabling TIAA to lead in lifetime income.
Paresh joins TIAA following more than seven years at Wells Fargo, where he was most recently Product Management Executive for Consumer Segments (e.g., Affluent, Small Business, Diverse), and led strategy and execution to deliver the digital experience for clients in these segments. This included the successful launch of the Wells Fargo Premier digital experience for Affluent clients. Before that, Paresh was a Managing Director and led Product Development for Wells Fargo's Wealth & Investment Management division where his work leading the cross channel experience cut across various client distribution channels, including Advice & Planning, Operations, and the Wells Fargo Investment Institute. He joined Wells Fargo following various leadership roles at Capital One, including Product Management for its co-brand and retail card business and Business Development for Capital One Labs. Paresh also worked at Suntrust (now Truist) and spent more than a decade in management consulting between Accenture and BearingPoint.
Paresh holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, attended the Hasso Plattner Institute of Human Centered Design Thinking (d. school) at Stanford University, and attended the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Vice Chairman of Hope Haven LLC, a local non-profit that helps people and families affected by substance use disorder. He lives with his wife and three kids, Aarav, Aashay and Nyra, in Waxhaw, NC.
