Tim Foley is LPL’s Head of AI Accelerator. Tim helps to deliver proprietary AI solutions, curate third-party AI solutions and build the AI capabilities of the organization. The AI solutions are targeted at the large and growing advisor community that LPL serves and the home office that looks to serve the advisors efficiently with high satisfaction.

Tim has over 25 years of experience in technology product development within financial services. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at BNY Mellon|Pershing, where was the Head of Technology Product Management for nine years, responsible for the advisor workstation (NetX360), the client website (NetXInvestor), and integration services (NetXServices).

His successful integration of AI technologies into the NetX360+ platform, including enhanced search capabilities, insights for next best action, personalized navigation, and initial applications of Generative AI, contributed to the platform earning a 2023 ThinkAdvisor Luminary Award for Innovation.

Prior to his tenure at Pershing, Tim held senior roles at JP Morgan Chase, including Head of Product Development for Chase Wealth Management's technology platform and JP Morgan Clearing Corp. His career also includes significant positions at Goldman Sachs, CSFB, and Bear Stearns, where he developed tools for advisors and clients in the RIA and broker-dealer markets.

Tim holds a degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from MIT. Outside of his professional endeavors, Tim is dedicated to his community, teaching Sunday School and coaching youth robotics. He resides in New Jersey.
