Gerard (Jerry) Michael is the co-founder and President of Smartleaf, and the President of Smartleaf Asset Management (SAM). Smartleaf’s automated rebalancing software is used to manage more than $90B in personalized, tax-optimized assets across more than 450,000 accounts. Jerry lives in Cambridge, MA and enjoys his daily commute walking to Smartleaf’s offices in Boston. Jerry has degrees in Math and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
