Dr. Tania Neild is the founder of InfoGrate, Inc., a boutique consulting firm that provides retained CTO services for ultra-high-net-worth wealth managers, aiding clients with scope, plan, and managing technology stacks. InfoGrate monitors over 400 vendors, assessing capabilities and security, to allow for a quick evaluation of a client’s tech landscape and identifying upgrade opportunities.

With 20 plus years of experience in machine learning, Tania actively researches third-party AI tools and has added over 100 of these tools to InfoGrate’s repertoire. InfoGrate has worked with numerous clients to develop AI agents and continues to explore practical applications of AI for family offices. Other projects include foundational systems such as accounting conversions, performance reporting, CRM, and workflow tools—where the InfoGrate team leads redesigns and remains hands-on with data, training, and team dynamics.

Previously, Tania was CTO/COO of PCR and CTO and Co-Founder of EnvestNet. She began her career as an applied scientist at the NSA, which awarded her the NPSC Award for her research in database integration. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University, a Master’s in Software Design from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Computer Science from Emory University. Dr. Neild remains committed to education through board service at her alma maters and contributes actively as a monthly presenter to various organizations, sharing her experience and research.
